We are looking for experienced Managing Directors with a proven track record in the managing and sales field. This is a great mid-level position for someone eager to further their career in sales management and have the opportunity for advancement. The Managing Director creates and maintains a healthy work environment and is responsible for the branchs sales and delivery performance by developing a sales and delivery force that consistently builds relationships with new and existing clients and saturating those accounts through the qualification of strong requirements and delivery of qualified candidates. The Managing Director is additionally responsible for the fiscal health and growth of the branch through fiscal responsibility and business management. Managing Directors lead branches with weekly pit averages of $0-50K in sales. Essential Job Functions/Responsibilities: Manage the business Helps establish and is responsible for achieving branch goals for spread growth, NOP% and account strength Determine branch strategy, account allocation, promotions and assignments Work with internal recruiting Identify, attract and retain the right people for the branch Implement the performance management process, linking rewards and recognition to performance Develop and mentor others Knowledgeable of an ensure personal and branch compliance with corporate policies and procedures Models company Core Values and establishes a culture of trust and accountabilityDevelop business Lead development of sales to meet branch spread goals Meet branch revenue and year-over-year growth goals Meet repeat business rate for branch Meet national sales account goals for branch Help team win the majority of proposals presented Lead company into selected new business areas Foster the environment for new business development Support your customers Accept full responsibility for client/contract matters Consistently meet or exceed client expectations Ensure billing activities produce collections within BMQA guidelines
